As I begin a new journey, I wanted to share my thoughts with you, and you might be interested in spiritual parenting, in teaching, in educating in a way that is best aligned with your own highest self.

As an educationalist, I’ve put up some of my thoughts in a light hearted manner, and it is my hope that some of it will strike a chord with you, who want to be your own best self, a fully expanded self operating lovingly in your own life.

As a mother, I’m sharing my thoughts as my teenage daughter grows, and I hope you find a commonality here.

Other than this, you’ll find lots of bits and pieces about my rural life in Oxfordshire from recipes and food, to trips out.

So this really is for all of us who wish to wriggle their toes in the earth, celebrate the sunlight and the moon, who break through our own frozen chunks of consciousness, who follow the threads to bring it all back to the one, the you, living here and now in beauty and in strife, in all that life has for you, and who dream of a different world, where what you have is far less than who you might become.

To all of our Becoming in creativity, consciousness, freedom and wholeness.  Or does that sound stuffy?!
